One_Financial_Center_(Boston)_-_SA06946The Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston (BOMA Boston), a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, has awarded its annual The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) awards to property owners and managers across the region and across asset classes.

This year, BOMA Boston honored buildings in 14 different categories, covering city and suburban buildings.

This year’s building winners include One Financial Center, owned by Beacon Capital Partners and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, in the more than 1 million square feet category; 200 Berkeley St., owned and managed by John Hancock Life Insurance, for the 500,000 to 1 million square feet category; 601 Congress Street, owned and managed by John Hancock Real Estate, for the 250,000-500,000 square feet category; and 100 Quannapowitt Parkway, owned by Digital Realty Trust and managed by CBRE New England, in the 100,000 to 250,000 square feet category.
