Sheryl Simon, Amy Mizner and Debi Benoit Realtors Debi Benoit, Amy Mizner and Sheryl Simon have formed a new real estate company, Benoit Mizner Simon & Co.

The new company will have offices in Wellesley and Weston, according to a statement. The office located at 450 Boston Post Road in Weston is scheduled to open by Nov. 1, and the 54 Central St. location in Wellesley is expected to open shortly after.
