The design and renovation of 22,000 square feet of existing office space for Linedata, a global solutions provider to the investment management and credit community, has been completed by Boston-based Margulies Perruzzi Architects.

The 260 Franklin St. project was constructed in phases while Linedata continued to occupy the space, according to a statement. The finished product includes new workstations, furniture, finishes and lighting, as well as boardroom upgrades and the addition of a videoconferencing room.

Boston’s Fort Point Project Management provided project management services; Boston-based Vanderweil Engineers provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering; and the project was built by Structuretone.
