Boston law firm Lynch, Brewer, Hoffman, & Fink LLP has signed a 7,964-square-foot office lease at 75 Federal St. in Boston.

The law firm, which will move in February, is relocating from 101 Federal St. in Boston, according to a statement. Both 101 Federal St. and 75 Federal St. share a lobby and are owned by the Chicago, Ill.-based investment firm Transwestern Investment Co.

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Co.’s Assistant Vice President Roberto Magno represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Tim Bianchi and Gil Dailey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

"After evaluating our client’s real estate needs, Lincoln Property Co.’s corporate service team was able to save our client substantial resources by executing an early termination on certain portions of their space, and downsizing and extending within the complex at very competitive market rates," said Magno. "The transaction required a touch of creativity – Transwestern Investment Co. and their leasing team effectively addressed all of my client’s business, tax and space needs and were excellent to work with."
