Authorities issued a city-wide “shelter in place” order in Boston this morning as police pursue the second suspect in Monday’s bombing of the Boston Marathon.

The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority has suspended all public transit until further notice, and authorities are asking people not to congregate at MBTA stations. All public schools in Boston have been closed until further notice.
