Boston Private Bank & Trust Co. recently promoted Nicholas A. R. Hofer to senior vice president, and named Lisa Mariotti as assistant vice president and manager.
Hofer will be responsible for managing and developing the bank’s strategic client relationships within the deposit management area.
Hofer previously served as treasury officer at Boston Private Bank & Trust Co., where his responsibilities included managing the bank’s balance sheet activity, including interest rate risk and capital adequacy.
Mariotti will be responsible for providing customized solutions and service to meet clients’ evolving financial needs. She will manage the team at the bank’s Seaport Office at 157 Seaport Blvd.
Mariotti has more than 20 years of banking experience with Workingmen’s Coop, Bank of Boston, BankBoston, Fleet and Bank of America.
Prior to joining Boston Private Bank & Trust, Mariotti served as the premier market manager and senior vice president for Global Wealth and investment management for Bank of America and as a banking center manager for Consumer Banking.
