Boston Private Bank & Trust Co. has appointed Donald M. Murano as senior vice president and commercial loan officer.

With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Murano most recently served as senior vice president, director of private banking at Eastern Bank.

As part of the private banking and specialty lending team, Murano is responsible for providing personalized credit solutions to high net worth individuals, executives and their families as well as private partnerships, nonprofit organizations and professional services firms. Through collaboration with the bank’s wealth management and cash management professionals, Murano will provide lending clients with expertise and access to a broad range of service offerings.
