The board of directors of Boston Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock for the period July 1 to Sept. 30.

The dividend is payable on Oct. 30 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 30.
