Boston Realty Advisors has recently helped lease a number of Cambridge properties.

Online performance marketing startup Hungry Fish Media was represented by Boston Realty Advisors in their 6,286-square-foot lease at 700 Technology Square, according to a statement. Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, Alexandria.

Boston Realty Advisors also represented Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv, a global information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry, in their lease renewal at 125 Cambridge Park Drive. The landlord, Archon, was represented by Eric Smith of Richards Barry Joyce.

Due to their growing Cambridge presence, the real estate firm recently promoted David A. Lank to associate to work exclusively in the area.

"David’s dead focus in the Cambridge office leasing market will continue to grow Boston Realty Advisors’ office leasing practice," said firm founder, Jason S. Weissman. "With the full support of our deep bench of commercial real estate advisors, we are extremely excited and optimistic about our continued growth in the Cambridge office market."
