M.J. Flaherty Co. has signed a five-year lease extension for 6,600 square feet of space at One Gateway Center in Newton.
Boston Realty Advisors’ suburban team of Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid represented the tenant, while Colliers International represented the landlord, J.F. White Properties.
