Boston Residential Group (BRG), which owns and manages more than 1,200 luxury apartments and condominiums in Greater Boston, has been tapped by Twining Properties to manage its Watermark Cambridge development in Cambridge.

Completed in 2006, Watermark Cambridge is a 23-story, 320-unit luxury apartment complex in Cambridge’s Kendall Square neighborhood. Amenities include 24-hour concierge laundry and dry cleaning services, errand running, chef’s services, child care services, event and travel planning and pet care services. BRG said it has a dedicated client services representative for the property to focus solely on residents’ needs.
