Medford-based Delta Design & Construction has been awarded a new restaurant project by The Aquitaine Group, a Boston-based restaurant group, to open a new location in Dedham.

This project is located at Legacy Place, a 675,000-square-foot, open-air retail environment at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 128. Legacy Place will be open to the public in August.

The project team for this 4,300-square-foot restaurant build-out will be Niemitz Design Group as the architect, Souza, True & Partners as the structural engineer and CSI Engineering as the mechanical engineer. 

Delta said it will complete this project in an 11-week schedule, with a start date of June 8th.
