Katherine LightBridgewater Savings Bank has added to its staff and board of directors as a result of its recent merger with East Bridgewater Savings Bank.

Katherine M. Light has joined the bank as assistant vice president and branch officer. She comes to Bridgewater Savings with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Bridgewater Savings, she served as assistant vice president and branch manager at Cambridge Savings Bank.

James Duff has been named vice president and commercial loan officer for the East Bridgewater, Hanson, and Pembroke offices. He has more than 20 years of financial experience, including six years as a commercial lender with Bridgewater Savings. Most recently, he worked in the commercial lending office at First Trade Union Bank.

Kenneth P. Larson, Kristine Resendes, Christine Butler, Julie S. Powers, and Suzanne M. Blom have also joined the bank as staff members.

Larson has more than 20 years of financial experience, most recently working as a senior loan officer with East Bridgewater Savings Bank.

Bridgewater Savings Bank, most recently as senior vice president of retail.

Butler, who has 28 years of financial experience, was previously vice president and branch manager at East Bridgewater Savings Bank.

Powers also comes from East Bridgewater Savings Bank, previously serving as treasurer. She will serve as vice president of finance at Bridgewater Savings.

Blom worked for 23 years at East Bridgewater Savings Bank, serving most recently as vice president of administration.

William L. Clay, president of Walker-Clay Inc.; Richard W. Nutter III, president of Kriswood Inc.; Joan M. Ulich of Success Real Estate; Thomas G. Warren, senior executive at Old Colony YMCA; and James D. Wood, longtime trustee of East Bridgewater Savings Bank, have been elected to the bank’s board of directors.
