Bridgewater Savings Bank has promoted Peter Dello Russo to executive vice president and chief operating officer.
In addition, the bank hired Suzanne Catraio and Russell F. Dupuis Jr. as vice president and marketing officer, and branch and client relationship officer, respectively.
Dello Russo brings more than 30 years of financial management experience, including 12 years of service to Bridgewater Savings Bank. Most recently, Dello Russo held the position of executive vice president and senior loan and retail banking officer.
In his new role, Dello Russo will oversee lending, information technology, deposit operations, security, facilities, marketing and retail banking.
With more than 12 years marketing experience with financial institutions, Catraio will oversee all aspects of marketing including media advertising, public relations, and branding.
Dupuis comes to the bank with more than 36 years banking experience as branch manager and client relationship officer. Dupuis will be responsible for the day-to-day branch operations of the East Bridgewater location and business development at the East Bridgewater and Pembroke locations.
