Marlborough-based First Colony Development has sold the Brigham Business Park, a 169,230-sqquare-foot industrial and flex complex, to Greenwich, Conn.-based Ivy Realty for $14.5 million.

The park contains a mix of office, flex, R&D, industrial, warehouse and manufacturing space within three high-bay buildings at 19, 41 and 53 Brigham St. The complex contains 31 tenants, including AT&T, Carquest Auto Parts and Ambri Inc.

Avison Young’s Michael Smith, Scott Jamieson and Brandon Dickason represented Jon Delli Priscoli, CEO of First Colony Development, in the transaction. Bill Sullivan of Avison Young is the exclusive landlord representative for the property.

Ivy Realty owns more than 5.7 million square feet of commercial real estate on the Eastern seaboard.
