Brixmor Property Group has acquired Webster Square, a 182,756-square-foot retail center in Marshfield, from Curtis Management of Hingham.
The purchase price was $32 million, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data. The 98-percent leased property at the intersection of Routes 3A and 139 is anchored by Star Market.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Griffin, Geoffrey Millerd and Justin Smith represented Curtis Management in the transaction.
New York-based Brixmor owns 520 shopping centers nationwide totaling approximately 87 million square feet.
