Kevin Bugler has joined Marblehead Bank as manager of business development.

Bugler resides in Marblehead with his family, and will be working with the bank to expand its commercial services division, which specializes in commercial deposit products, including remote deposit capture, and commercial loans, including small business administration (SBA) Loans.

Livingston, president and chief executive officer of the bank.
