The Building Trade Employers’ Association of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts Inc. (BTEA) has moved to another office in Braintree, leasing 3,097 square feet at 100 Grossman Drive.
The association added 669 square feet from its previous location at 150 Grossman Drive.
BTEA is the region’s major voice for the union building trades contractor, encompassing seven different area trade associations that employ tradespeople from several different local building trades unions, according to a statement.
Richard McKinnon, director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Cos. Inc. of Quincy, handled negotiations for the tenant and the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC.
At 100 and 150 Grossman Drive in recent months: Rockland Trust Company renewed its lease and expanded, adding 2,716 square feet and bringing the bank’s space to a total of 7,068 square feet; and Bank of America renewed its lease for 4,738 square feet. Other tenants include Rockland Trust Co., Bank of America, Tremont Federal Credit Union, Strategic Staffing Solutions and Manpower International.
