Carol Bulman has rejoined Norwell-based real estate firm Jack Conway & Co. as vice-chairman of the board and director of strategic development and external activities for the firm, including the launch of Conway Home Mortgage Co., a 50/50 partnership between Conway and Wells Fargo Bank.

Bulman rejoins her father’s company (where she had worked for nearly 18 years) after several years spent in the national banking industry. Since 2002, she has held posts in wholesale mortgage lending for National City Home Equity, Washington Mutual Savings Bank and Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

“I have no doubt that Carol’s world of experience in the national banking scene will be a huge asset to our company,” said Jack Conway, chairman of the company. “She is filled with enthusiasm and ready to hit the ground running. I’m so happy she’s rejoined us.”

“It’s exciting to rejoin the company at a time when we’re launching Conway Mortgage,” said Bulman, who will work out of the firm’s Norwell headquarters on Rte. 53. “I plan to take what I’ve learned in the national financial arena and apply it to this brand new venture.”
