GEN3 Partners, a business consulting firm, has leased 6,000 square feet at Twenty Winthrop Square in Boston’s Financial District.

"We’re pleased that GEN3 Partners has decided to relocate to Twenty Winthrop Square," said Kerri Gallaway, assistant vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry Inc. "We look forward to having them here as our tenant and neighbor."

The CB Richard Ellis team of Jon Freni, senior associate and Tim Lyne, executive vice president/partner, represented A.W. Perry in the transaction.
