Cushing & Dolan P.C., a law firm specializing in estate planning, business law and real estate law, has leased 8,125 square feet of office space for its headquarters at 375 Totten Pond Road in Waltham.

The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Elias Demakes, John Dolan and Joe Flaherty represented the landlord, Totten Pond LLC, in the transaction. Cushing & Dolan was represented by John Butterworth of CB Richard Ellis-New England.

Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
