Concord-based real estate firm J. Barrett & Co. has added four new agents to help meet "meet the demands of consumer requirements" at the fast-growing agency, according to a statement.
The company brought aboard Carol Avery, Adriana Crosby, Sarah Kussin, and Rory Fivek.
A 13-year industry veteran, Avery specializes in historic homes and antique properties. She is a past and current owner of an historic home, and is also certified in historic real sstate by National Trust for Historic Preservation. Prior to joining Barrett, Avery marketed new construction projects.
Crosby worked as a mortgage broker and financial advisor for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Barrett, she worked for her husband’s building company.
Kussin has been active in residential real estate sales and rentals for the past 29 years, the company said.
Fivek, a resident of Concord, received her real estate license in 2008. Before Barrett, she was a top-ranked and award-winning professional healthcare representative with Pfizer Inc.
