C.E. Floyd Co, Inc., a general contractor and construction manager with offices in Bedford and Middletown, Conn., has promoted to LEED AP project manager.

McMenamin has been with the firm’s Massachusetts office for six years and has worked on several projects in the educational, hospitality and senior housing sectors, according to a statement. He is currently managing projects at Lesley University and MIT.
