Kathleen Caddell has joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation’s Needham Branch as a loan officer. 

Utilizing Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation’s extensive range of home loan products, including conventional, government and Mass Housing, Caddell will continue to provide her clients with options that maximize their purchasing power and guarantee a faster route to the closing table.

A former insurance industry and financial planning executive, Caddell has been in the mortgage industry since 2004.  Caddell’s financial background ensures that she’s able to guide her clients to the best loan products for their particular situation, help them improve their credit scores, and better understand the loan process.

Caddell serves on the board of directors for South Shore Young Professionals, is an ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and is on the South Shore Round Table.  Caddell also serves on the Women’s Board of the Plymouth Country Club. She is a graduate of Marist College.
