Hudson-based Calare Properties has acquired 8 Lakeville Business Park, a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Lakeville, for $5.8 million.
The seller was Sudbury-based Gebsco Gateway, according to records filed with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
CBRE/New England’s Kyle Juszczyszyn, Chris Coutts and Lenny Pierce secured $4 million in acquisition financing through East Boston Savings Bank.
The single-story building is 100-percent leased to Guardian Building Products and T3 Expo.
“We ran a very competitive process and secured an attractive long-term, fixed-rate loan that aligns with Calare’s strategy for this asset,” Coutts said in a statement.
