An industrial campus acquired by Framingham-based industrial developer Calare in Bridgewater includes four leased buildings and an 8.5-acre site suitable for future development.

Calare acquired four parcels including three high-bay warehouses at 35, 45 and 50 Scotland Boulevard that are leased to single tenants, and a multitenant building at 55 Scotland Boulevard.

The transactions total $40 million, according to filings at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.

The four warehouses totaling 279,100 square feet are fully leased to tenants including Barrett Distribution, Control 7, Fibertec, Johnson & Johnson, and Winsupply, Calare said.

“This purchase presents a rare opportunity to invest in and enhance a well-maintained industrial portfolio while also offering a platform for growth with a future potential development site,” Calare Vice President of Acquisitions Todd Barclay said in a statement.
