Los Angeles-based JRK Property Holdings has acquired a Bellingham apartment complex for $71.5 million.

The seller, The Wolff Co. of Scottsdale, Arizona, paid $58.4 million for the 285-unit Charles at Bellingham complex in October 2016. Located on 17.3 acres at 151 North Main St., the complex was built in 2004, according to assessors’ records. lists one-bedroom units starting at $1,695 a month.

Wells Fargo Bank provided $58.9 million in mortgage financing for the latest transaction on Sept. 23.

JRK’s Property Holdings’ other Massachusetts properties include The Residences at Stevens Pond in Saugus, Cabot Crossing in Lowell, the Essex apartments in Peabody and One Webster in Chelsea.
