The final phase of the 428-unit Atmark apartment complex in Cambridge’s Alewife neighborhood has been completed by O’Connor Capital Partners of New York.

More than 85 percent of the units in the first phase are now occupied and leasing is under way on the 168-unit second building. Prices in the second building are $2,177 for studios, $2,407 for one-bedrooms and $3,093 for two-bedrooms.

The 589,428-square-foot complex at 80 Fawcett St. bills itself as the most pet-friendly rental community in Greater Boston. There are no extra fees for up to two pets. Some restrictions apply to large dog breeds.

Apartments feature 10-foot ceilings, six-foot windows and hardwood floors. Building amenities include a Sky Lounge event space, yoga studio, heated outdoor swimming pool and regulation bocce court, art gallery and private café.
