The board of directors of Cambridge Bancorp has approved a quarterly dividend of 37 cents a share. The dividend is payable Oct. 1 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 10.

Cambridge Bancorp, based in Cambridge, is the parent company of Cambridge Trust Co.
