Braintree-based commercial real estate development and construction firm Campanelli Cos. has acquired five properties totaling 192,058 square feet from the Canton/Dedham commercial property portfolio with Dallas-based TriGate Capital in a joint venture partnership.
The following buildings were acquired:
• 35 Shawmut Road, 55,873 square feet, office/courthouse probate space – Canton
• 45 Shawmut Road, 62,962 square feet, office/D.A. office space – Canton
• 115 Shawmut Road, 54,257 square feet, office/Warehouse space – Canton
• 55 Allied Drive, 14,015 square feet, office/juvenile court space – Dedham
• 59 Allied Drive, 4,951 square feet, office space – Dedham
Stephen Murphy, partner at Campanelli Cos., facilitated the transaction on behalf of the firm, according to a statement. Taryn Wilson, Grubb & Ellis vice president, represented the seller, JMS Realty Trust.
"Over time, the Salah family has done a great job constructing and managing these strategically located properties, and Campanelli is pleased to now have them as part of our company’s portfolio," said Murphy. "The assets fit our current value-added investment strategy perfectly."
Financing for the transactions was provided by Cambridge Savings Bank.
