Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro has signed a 8,964-square-foot lease at 300 Crown Colony in Quincy, bringing the building to 98 percent occupancy, according to a statement.

The full-service South Shore-based law firm will relocate to the marquee top floor space of 300 Crown Colony in December 2012 from 50 Braintree Hill Office Park in Braintree.

Peter Brown, director of leasing for Boston-based Campanelli, and Jim Elcock, David Goodhue and Caleb Hudak of Colliers International, represented the owners.

"The turnkey design and build-out that Campanelli was able to offer, in combination with its easily accessible location, made the building an ideal option for us," Warren Baker, partner of Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, said in a statement.
