An 82,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution building situated on 8 acres in Canton recently sold for $3.9 million.
Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 15 Campanelli Circle, to DCC 1999 Development Trust. Park Realty Trust sold the property, which has expansion capabilities of an additional 24,000 square feet, according to a Conway press release.
