Avison Young has brokered a 4,535 square foot lease at 65 Franklin St. in Boston.

Principal Karyn McFarland and Vice President Matt Twombly represented the landlord, 65 Franklin Realty Trust. CL Waterfront Properties represented the tenant, CAPA International Education, LP, on the five-year lease.

CAPA International Education provides travel abroad opportunities for students. They focus on theme-based learning with cultural events connecting the classroom to the local environment. CAPA programs take place at their study centers in Beijing, Brussels, Florence, London and Sydney.

"Avison Young understands that the space requirements of education programs are constantly evolving and works to meet those needs," said Twombly.

65 Franklin St. is a five-story 22,000-square-foot building located in the Financial District.
