Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank recently named several new corporators and promoted 11 employees to vice president and assistant vice president positions.
Carol W. Sim, Kurt E. Raber, Bruce D. Miller and Arthur I. Reade Jr. were elected corporators of the bank, according to a statement. Sim was elected as a new trustee and State Sen. Daniel Wolf rejoined the board of trustees after a year’s hiatus.
The following were appointed to the position of vice president:
• Kenneth J. Anketell, director of technology and information systems
• Kimberly A. Chesnut, director of credit administration
• Alison B. Czuchra, senior trust and estate officer
• Shari L. Hayes, commercial loan officer
• Erik M. Porter, director of accounting and finance
• Christopher E. Richards, commercial loan officer
• Phillip F. Stambaugh, regional relationship manager
• Adrian M. Sullivan, director of eCommerce
• Levin L. Waters, commercial loan officer
The following were appointed to the position of assistant vice president:
• Patricia J. Erickson, branch manager
• Charles R. Givonetti, senior project manager
The following new officers were elected:
• Deborah A. Bonvan, credit administrative officer
• Karen M. Buckler, residential and consumer underwriting officer
• Kathryn E. Moorey, financial education officer
• Andrea L. Ponte, administrative officer
