Kinlin Grover GMAC Real Estate, based in South Yarmouth, has acquired Falmouth’s Dream Homes real estate firm, until now affiliated with Century 21.

Dream Homes’ owner, Doug Azarian, served as president of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors in 2007.

“I am very excited,” Azarian said in a statement. “The Kinlin Grover Real Estate Group expands our exposure across all of Cape Cod.”

According to the Cape & Islands MLS, Kinlin Grover GMAC was the top-selling real estate company on the Cape in 2008, closing on almost 900 single-family homes valued at more than half a billion dollars. The company said its market share, based on sales value, was nearly three times greater than any other real estate firm.

Azarian specializes in waterfront, water view, golf, second home, condominium, resort, and luxury home communities. He holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist designations.

He will work directly with, Bett McCarthy, Kinlin Grover GMAC’s regional vice president., who oversees the entire Cape for Kinlin Grover.
