Carlson/GMAC is merging four of its offices in Lexington, Concord, Winchester and Framingham with Hammond Residential Real Estate.
The merged offices will operate as Hammond Residential at 1775 Massachusetts Ave. in Lexington.
Hammond Residential, a regional firm, has been noted as one of the most productive firms in the country, the company said.
