Food services company Two Chef’s Catering has leased 6,885 square feet at 1001 Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell.

"The property needed a new food service provider and with the help of the owner, Winstanley Enterprises, Two Chef’s was able to achieve both goals of finding a new home base for their catering business while serving the needs of the property’s tenants," said tenant representative Marci Alvarado, vice pesident at Parsons Commercial Group Inc. "1001 Pawtucket Blvd. is an 835,000-square-foot industrial facility that will benefit by having such a high quality on-site food service provider."
