CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners, LP received 11 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards at the organization’s annual TOBY and Industry Awards Ceremony held earlier this month.

"This award ceremony honors the best buildings and real estate professionals in the Greater Boston area," said Mark Tassinari, head of CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners’ property management division, in a statement. "CBRE/New England, once again, clearly stood out as the dominant third-party property management group in the Greater Boston market, which is a true testament to the team of dedicated professionals we have working with us at CBRE/New England."

Among CBRE/New England’s honorees were Emily Batchelder, vice president/general manager/partner at One Boston Place in Boston, who was presented with the Property Manager of the Year award in the high-rise category. Brittany Beale, property manager at Waltham Woods in Waltham, received the Property Manager of the Year award in the suburban category. Receiving the Engineer of the Year award was Kevin O’Brien, chief engineer at 10 Saint James Ave. and 75 Arlington St. in Boston. Seven of the firm’s properties were also honored.
