CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) has been given 11 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards at the annual Office Building of the Year (TOBY) and Industry Awards.

• Ana McKenna, property manager, Lake Quannapowitt Parkway, Wakefield: Property Manager of the Year award in the low-rise category for superior service.
• Mark Milone, property manager, 855 Boylston St., Boston: Property Manager of the Year award in the mid-rise category.
• Alex Sutelman, One Boston Place, Boston: Engineer of the Year award.
• James "Zeke" Sawayer : Executive Engineer of the Year award.
• Marley Short, operations manager, 33 Arch St., Boston: BOMA Boston Education scholarship.
• Reservoir Corporate Center, Southborough: TOBY award for top office building under 100,000 square feet
• One Chestnut Place, Worcester: TOBY award for top 100,000-square-foot to 249,000-square-foot office building
• 33 Arch St., Boston: TOBY award for top 500,000-square-foot to 1 million-square-foot office building
• One Beacon St., Boston: TOBY award for top office building over 1 million square feet
• I-290 Industrial Park, Northborough: TOBY award for top industrial office park
• Two Federal St., Billerica: TOBY award for top corporate facility
