Jason P. Levendusky and Taidgh H. McClory have been named partners of CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE).

Levendusky, a senior member of the Massachusetts suburban brokerage team, joined CBRE/NE in 2001 to focus on the sale and leasing of office, R&D and industrial property in Boston’s northern submarkets, according to a statement. Over the past five years, he has completed more than 175 lease transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet. Before joining CBRE/NE, Levendusky was regional director for WP Commercial, a Goldman Sachs real estate opportunity fund.

McClory, who serves as senior vice president, director of marketing and client services, is responsible for managing the marketing, research and client services functions at CBRE/NE. He joined CBRE/NE in 2003 as an associate of the Downtown Boston brokerage team and was promoted to vice president of client services in 2006. Before joining CBRE/NE, McClory began his career in the advertising and marketing industry with a focus on brand planning and marketing research.
