Two leases totaling 11,251 square feet have been signed at Burlington Centre in Burlington.

AlloCure, which develops cell therapy to treat kidney disease, will occupy 3,475 square feet at 25 Corporate Drive. Caras and Shulman, certified public accountants and business advisors, will occupy 7,776 square feet at 30 Corporate Drive. Both tenants plan to relocate in the fall.

Olson, vice president, and Jason Levendusky, first vice president, represented the advisor for the landlord, Kennedy Assoc. Real Estate Counsel LP, in both transactions.

AlloCure was represented by R.W. Holmes Realty’s Assistant Vice President Dean Blackey. Caras and Shulman was represented by Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial’s Vice President/Director of Commercial Thayer Morgan.
