CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, has received 12 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards.
Seth Skolnick, property manager at 501 Boylston St., was presented with "The Property Manager of the Year Award" in the mid-rise category for superior service, according to a statement.
Jennifer Donoghue, assistant property manager at 333 Longwood Ave., Jessie Pinkham, tenant coordinator at 33 Arch St., and Erin Rolfe, tenant coordinator at Stony Brook Office Park in Waltham, received BOMA Boston education scholarships.
CBRE was also honored with TOBY awards for individual properties under the firm’s management. Honors included the top office building under 100,000 square feet at One Brattle Square, Cambridge; the top 100,000-square-foot to 249,000-square-foot office building at Ferncroft Corporate Center in Middleton; the top medical office building at 333 Longwood Ave. in Boston; the top historic office building at 501 Boylston St., Boston; the top industrial property at Interstate 290 Industrial Park, Northborough; the top suburban low-rise office park at Burlington Centre Office Park, Burlington; the top suburban mid-rise office park at Brickstone Square Office Park, Andover; and the EcoRACE Award for innovative office space at 33 Arch St., Boston.
BOMA, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, provides a networking forum for industry professionals to discuss mutual issues, exchange ideas and share experience and knowledge.

The awards were presented at the annual Office Building of the Year (TOBY) and Industry Awards held on Nov. 19 at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
