CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors has added four new employees to its team.

Rob Robledo, formerly with SRS Real Estate Partners, joins CBRE/GRA as vice president of tenant services. Robledo has more than nine years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, representing national and regional retailers in their expansion program and working on behalf of landlords.

Jeffrey Arsenault, former partner at Summit Realty Partners, has been named vice president of retail services. Arsenault has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, providing real estate advisory services to retail and landlord clients.

John Ferris, who previously worked at SRS Real Estate Partners, will serve as senior associate of retail leasing. Ferris has more than three years experience in commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation.

Lindsay Gosselin will move from CBRE-NE to CBRE/GRA as client services associate. She has more than three years experience in commercial real estate including office administration, marketing and client services.
