135 Beacon StCBRE/New England has secured a $3.3 million loan to finance a multifamily brownstone building in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.

John Kelly, first vice president of multi-housing debt and structured finance, worked on behalf of the owner, J.F. Perroncello, to secure the financing.

The property at 135 Beacon St. is a five-story building originally constructed in 1860 and renovated in 1999 with parking included.
