Boston-based commercial real estate firm CBRE/New England, a joint venture between Whittier Partners Group LLC and CBRE Inc., has added four new partners.
Adam Brinch, Peter Conlin, Nat Heald and Kyle Juszczyszyn have been named partners effective Jan. 1.
Brinch joined CBRE/NE in 2008 as an associate with the Cambridge Brokerage team. During the last six years, he has been promoted twice and currently serves as vice president. In 2010, Brinch received the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Life Sciences Deal of the Year award.
Conlin joined CBRE/NE in 2001 as a member of the Downtown Boston Brokerage team and is now senior vice president. He is active with CBA and has been awarded the CBRE/NE Brokerage Team of the Year in 2003 and 2008, as well as a CBRE/NE Tenant Deal of the Year in 2006. For the past three years, Conlin has been the top-producing associate in the firm.
Heald joined CBRE/NE in 2010 as senior vice president within its Capital Markets team. He specializes in the valuation and sale of both institutional and private capital retail real estate assets across the United States. In the past 18 months, Heald has participated in transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in more than 50 properties.
Juszczyszyn joined CBRE/NE in 2012 as senior vice president of the then-newly formed Debt & Structured Finance Group. He was one of the founding partners of CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors and was responsible for development consulting, raising debt and equity for retail clients and running the day-to-day activities of the venture. In 2013, Juszczyszyn received the CBRE/NE Whittier Cup Award.
