Meredith Christensen has joined CBRE/New England as vice president with the urban brokerage team in New England. She will work from the company’s Boston office.

Christensen has more than 13 years of experience specializing in leasing laboratory, office, industrial and retail assets. She also has experience in development and asset valuation. Christensen was most recently a vice president of asset management, LEED A.P. at Jamestown L.P.
