Celerant Consulting, a global operations management consulting firm, has signed a 4,075-square-foot office lease at 404 Wyman St. in Waltham.

The company is occupying a portion of the third floor in the Class A, five-story, 449,900-square-foot office building. The company relocated from 45 Hayden Ave. in Lexington.

Shawn McDonough and Dave Ross of Cresa Boston represented Celerant. The landlord, 404 Wyman LLC, was represented by Robert Borgman.

The recently renovated building features a large, open atria with skylights, rooftop terraces, and a granite lobby.
