The Central Massachusetts Convention and Visitors Bureau (CMCVB) recently leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 91 Prescott St. in Worcester.

The CMCVB is relocating to Prescott Street from its Elm Street location. The Prescott Street office complex is 37,000 square feet and has 60 tenants.

David Cohen of Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the landlord Commonwealth Management, and Jeff Borus of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the CMCVB, according to a statement.
