Mark Chapin has joined Waltham-based real estate valuation firm Pro-Teck Services as senior director, business development. He will report to Ed Hunter, executive director.

Chapin will be responsible for developing and implementing client-specific valuation solutions for mortgage banks, investors, lenders and servicers from Pro-Teck’s West Coast office.

Mark’s diverse experience in appraisal services, risk mitigation and business management will help current and future clients improve their valuation and risk identification processes."

Chapin joins Pro-Teck Services from Zaio Corp. where he served as managing director, national business development. Prior to that he served as senior vice president, business development for Hansen Quality.
