Charles River Development, a compliance and trade order systems firm, has signed a 10-year lease extension for its office at 7 New England Executive Park in Burlington and plans to make major renovations to its space.

In the course of 30 weeks and more than seven phases, Quincy-based construction management firm J. Calnan & Assoc. Inc. will add new paint and carpet throughout the Burlington office space; completely demolish and rehab the third floor to include new offices as well as open workstations; transform the fourth floor to include conference rooms and executive suites complete with a custom reception area; and update the first and second floor offices, according to a statement.

The project team also includes building owner Equity, architecture firm Spagnolo, Gisness & Assoc. Inc., owner representation Facility Management Consultants and AHA Engineering.
